Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

 A 25-year veteran of the insurance and healthcare industries, Tony has been a trusted advisor to healthcare providers in optimizing resource use for maximum revenue and savings achievement. The creation of VCP revolved around Tony’s experience, knowledge and understanding of the challenges private providers face when pursuing reimbursement for Veteran care. Tony has been an active member in industry associations including Healthcare HFMA and AAHAM for many years. Tony has a degree in Economics from Wilmington College and resides in Ohio with his wife of 26 years, their 3 children, son-in-law and grandson. Tony is heavily involved in his community as both a volunteer coach and officer for numerous youth organizations for many years.

 A healthcare revenue cycle sales professional and member of HFMA, Frank Morelli offers clients more than 27 years of experience in healthcare, financial services and technology. Based in Chicago, Frank serves hospital accounts nationally, having contacts from east coast to west coast. Frank is a cum laude graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications. As a volunteer, he is an advisor to Soccer Charity, a not-for-profit that improves the lives of underserved children through complimentary educational and sports activities.
