Former Technical Sergeant, United States Air Force
It was 1973, Rebuen Landrum had just graduated high school and America was still involved in the Vietnam War. Called to serve his country, he soon joined the United States Air Force and became the third generation in his family to serve their country during war time including his Grandfather in WWI and Father in WWII. He would continue as an Air Force Medic for 13 years, serving on Tactical Aeromedical Evacuation teams and in emergency rooms across Europe and the United States. He was honorably discharged after achieving the rank of Technical Sergeant in 1986.
Mr. Landrum continued his support of the military in his civilian life as a 28-year employee of the United States Department of Defense, supplying parts and equipment to America’s modern war fighters, until retirement in 2016. A lifetime member of Vietnam Veterans of America, Mr. Landrum continues to support his fellow servicemen and women through philanthropy and volunteerism.
In addition to being an owner of Veteran Claims Paid, Mr. Landrum advises the VCP Foundation in their mission to identify and assist Veterans in need within communities across the United States.
